I have more than 15 years experience in marketing, managing teams at both fortune 500 and startup companies. My specialty is growth marketing and most recently, I’ve been focused on helping a variety of startups define and launch their go-to-market strategies. I’ve built marketing programs from the ground up, including defining target buyer personas, messaging, positioning, and targeting strategies. I’ve created, launched, and optimized strategic paid campaigns and implemented a variety of marketing technologies to track and scale these campaigns. I’m creative, but also data-centric and results-driven.

Directed all programs to drive site traffic, as member of management team at 50-person startup that earned Red Herring’s Top 100 North America Award 2013 for new ventures. Led overhaul of email and database tools, introducing dynamic email/ trigger options and personalization. Strengthened business intelligence, defining metrics and reports for comprehensive analysis and modeling.Propelled site registrations to 170% growth month-over-month after site’s re-launch in June 2013.
